|34th Salmon Homecoming on the Waterfront|
Fall is in the air, so our attention turns to salmon along Seattle's waterfront. This celebration will take place on September 19 and span from Pier 62 to Pier 58. It will include a vendor marketplace, weaving workshop, food, cultural sharing, and traditional songs and dance. There will be a canoe landing at the Floating Dock at Pier 62, which is not to miss. Come for the salmon, stay for the view, return for the culture. Details at waterfrontparkseattle.org/blog/event/salmon-homecoming-2026/?shwa

Next time you’re on the waterfront, have a look around. Apparently, we’re an open-air gallery.

Stay because you’ve suddenly developed strong opinions about ornamental grasses.

Our newly revamped walking-times chart shows just how far they can take you.
